Join us Monday morning’s for an ashtanga based practice, where we explore 1/2 of the primary series, alternately each week. Emphasis is on making the practice your own and embracing personal strengths and evolving beyond challenges as it feels intuitively supportive. Some knowledge of the sun salutations is encouraged, but all levels are welcomed.

Although drop ins are welcomed, space is limited. Registration is required to hold space for you.

Thursday’s Restorative In Person or Online~ 7:00pm Recurring January 4th through May 2nd, 2024

In conjunction with the Thursday’s Intimate Evening astanga practice, OR as a stand alone, this 40 minute practice occurs directly after the heated astanga practice so the room is warm and inviting. The energy is ready to shift out of the intensity of the day and into a restoring and relaxing environment. Some practitioners from the prior class will chose to stay for the restorative practice. Some practitioners will be entering the studio after not having practiced at all. This practice will support space for longer, gentle holds, nurturing and calming postures and ends with a savasana and brief massage.

In person space is limited, registering is recommended.

An Intimate Thursday Evening Practice In Person OR Online ~ 5:45pm ~ recurring January 4th through May 2nd, 2024.

Thursday’s evening practice heats things up a bit, with this astanga based practice, that utilizes the warmth of the room, to allow the body to access flexibility, strength and agility faster. This investment is appropriate for intermediate to advanced practitioners. It is an intimate practice between you, your breath, and yourself. It expects a “next' level” outcome from you. This practice concludes with a cool down and brief savasana.

Practitioners can chose to leave directly after the practice or utilize the following restorative practice as an “add on” for an additional investment towards self care.
