Join us Monday morning’s for an ashtanga based practice, where we explore 1/2 of the primary series, alternately each week. Emphasis is on making the practice your own and embracing personal strengths and evolving beyond challenges as it feels intuitively supportive. Some knowledge of the sun salutations is encouraged, but all levels are welcomed. This practice concludes with a silent savasana and a brief massage for those who are embracing touch during those moments. Healthy refreshments and endearing connections preclude this practice.
Although drop ins are welcomed, space is limited. Registration is required to hold space for you.
