Embracing Essentialism

Sometimes the many pressures and challenges in our lives are expressed outwardly. It can be as simple as an abundance of collections, of physical items, collected over a period of time, or it can be an abundance of “lack” that we may feel in our lives.. Essentialism doesn’t mean giving up everything and living on a little. It means really looking at what cultivates YOUR joy and making space to truly appreciate the more material tools and keepsakes of your life!

How does Essentialism Cultivate Joy In My Life?

Focusing on what emotionally and physically supports us in terms our surroundings can be an incredible way to cultivate Joy.
